2.3 Health, accessibility, dietary and emergency information
-
For certain retreats, physical activities or in-person experiences, we may ask for limited information about dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs, mobility considerations, relevant health precautions or an emergency contact. We collect this only where reasonably necessary for safety, inclusion or logistics, and we will identify whether a field is mandatory or optional.

Operational communications about a Service you have booked are different from marketing communications. You may opt out of newsletters and promotional messages at any time by using the unsubscribe option, replying “STOP” where available, or contacting us. Opting out of marketing will not prevent us from sending confirmations, safety notices, payment information or other messages necessary to deliver a Service you have requested.

Photographs, recordings and testimonials may be retained while they remain relevant for the consented purpose. Withdrawal of consent will apply to future use and does not necessarily require recall of material already lawfully published or printed.
-
When personal data is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to erase, anonymise or securely archive it, subject to applicable law and technical limitations in backups.
9. Security and personal data breaches
9.1 We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and our operations. These may include access controls, password protection, restricted sharing, secure service providers, backups, staff confidentiality, device security and contractual safeguards with processors.
