Zuva Life began with a simple question:

How do we stay engaged, relevant, and able to contribute as we move through midlife and beyond?

Built on the belief that this phase is shaped not just by health, but by whether we remain engaged, connected, and economically active.

The Story Behind Zuva

For our founder, Vandana, this question became personal while watching her parents age in very different ways.

One remained deeply engaged and purposeful.

The other, equally capable, slowly withdrew after stepping away from long-held roles and responsibilities.

The contrast revealed something important.

What Vandana saw at home reflected what many professionals experience in their 40s and 50s.

It often shows up as a shift in identity, pace, and priorities, without clear models for what comes next.

How we experience this phase of life is not shaped by health alone.

Zuva Life was built from this understanding.

Our Journey

What began as a personal insight has grown through conversations, workshops, and early experiments.

Since its beginnings, Zuva Life has engaged with 750+ individuals through curated workshops and small group experiences, helping people rethink their relationship with work, explore new directions, and take considered steps toward what comes next.

This work now forms the foundation for more structured journeys that are beginning to take shape.

Our mission is to help midlife professionals sustain economic vitality through a phase of life marked by change, viewed through the lens of longevity.

We focus on strengthening financial confidence, practical knowledge, and the ability to continue contributing, supported by practices that help people live, learn, and stay connected more intentionally.
